OEAThe Oregon Education Association (OEA) is a union that represents about 47,000 educators working in pre-kindergarten through grade 12 public schools and community colleges.

OEA Foundation established in 1995, the OEA Foundation provides educators with up to $100 grants to help students meet basic, urgent and immediate needs so they can succeed in school.

OEA-PIE – People for Improvement of Education (PIE) is OEA’s Political Action Committee (PAC). Through this arm of the Association, OEA members and other Oregonians help elect pro-education candidates to public office.

NEA – As an HEA member, you are also part of the 3.2 million-member National Education Association (NEA), providing you access to a wide range of benefit programs and products available through NEA.

TSPC – Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) is Oregon’s licensing agency for all educators.

ODE – Oregon Department of Education (ODE) houses the Superintendent of Public Instruction and included information regarding state standards and testing.
