Educator’s Voices Needed – 2016 TELL Oregon Survey

Oregon educators have a second opportunity to share vital information about the teaching and learning conditions in their schools. The Teaching, Empowering, Leading and Learning (TELL) Survey is a collaborative effort between the Governor’s Office, OEA, COSA, OSBA, the Oregon Department of Education and the Chief Education Office.

A growing body of research shows the importance of positive teaching conditions to student learning and teacher retention. Education leaders in Oregon want to hear from every teacher and administrator in order to make the best decisions about facilities and resources, professional development, time for collaboration, and ways for improving instruction. Now in its 2nd year, the TELL Oregon Survey will provide that data and much more.

You may also download the 2014 TELL Guide for further background information. The Guide will be revised for use after the 2016 Survey.
